Intercooler upgrades that fit the vehicle
An intercooler has to receive airflow, clear the body and cooling package, mount securely and connect without a needlessly long or vulnerable pipe route. We assess the available space and the actual performance target before selecting and mounting the core.
The goal is a stable, useful charge-air system—not a large component fitted for appearance while the rest of the route is ignored.

Boost pipes without the weak links
Factory plastic or rubber sections may become a limitation when age, heat or increased boost exposes the weakest joint. Custom piping lets us route around new hardware, remove awkward restrictions and create a clean engine-bay result.
- Routing checked through engine movement and service access
- Beads, joins and clamps selected for the application
- Sensor and take-off provisions planned before fabrication
- Heat sources and rub points kept in mind
- Pressure testing or live-data checks used where appropriate
Match the hardware to the tune
A charge-air upgrade is most valuable when it supports a real need—higher sustained load, a turbo upgrade, rising intake temperatures or a known factory limitation. ATM Chiptuning can use live data on supported vehicles to understand the current combination and calibrate it after the hardware work.
If the vehicle does not need a complete custom system, we will not invent one. Start with the exact vehicle and the outcome you want; we will recommend the sensible scope.
