Downpipes built for the combination
The area immediately after the turbo is often crowded by steering, firewall, drivetrain, heat shields, sensors and the rest of the exhaust. A high-flow result is useful only if it also fits, seals, clears and survives the environment.
We design the path around the actual vehicle and hardware. Flanges, transitions, flex sections, wastegate routes and sensor positions are considered before final welding.

Turbo conversions and manifolds
When the turbo, engine or chassis was never sold as one factory combination, there is no catalogue route to copy. We can fabricate manifolds, connection pipes, screamer pipes and supporting sections for suitable performance projects.
- Turbo and flange position confirmed against the full engine bay
- Heat and nearby components considered in the route
- Wastegate and sensor placement planned for serviceability
- Transitions formed to avoid abrupt, compromised joins
- Associated exhaust and charge-air routes assessed together
Fabrication and calibration belong in one conversation
Changing the downpipe or turbo can alter airflow, boost behaviour, exhaust temperature and what the ECU needs to control. For supported vehicles, ATM Chiptuning Garden Route can log and calibrate the result within the same workshop group.
We do not promise a power figure from the pipe alone. The final outcome depends on the engine, turbo, fuel system, intercooling, exhaust, calibration and mechanical condition as one combination.
